Each design is created by the creator to make a special item for their fans.

Launch

Campaigns last 4 weeks and must reach the minimum goal before going into production. If the goal is not met all funds are returned to the buyer.

Manufacture

Toys are then manufactured in batches before being shipped to the warehouse.

Shipping

After manufacturing and delivery to the warehouse, toys are then shipped directly to you!

Toys are produced and then shipped 3-4 months after the campaign ends

Delivery

Delivery can take 7-15 business days, sometimes up to 30 business days based on the location

Returns

Given the custom nature of the toys being made, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds

If a campaign is not completed, all funds will be processed for a refund within 3-7 business days
