Background

Meet Aries, MBA.

Aries was just six weeks old when he was found paralyzed in a carwash parking lot. Two veterinarians agreed that euthanasia was the kindest option, but I asked for one night. One chance.

That night I took him home, gave him pain medication, expressed his bladder, fed him a little food, and held him close. If he wasn't going to survive, I wanted him to know what it felt like to be loved.

But Aries had other plans.

Within days he was talking, eating, and scooting around the house. He never learned to walk, but he regained full bowel and bladder control and quickly proved that a disability was not going to define him. He became known as Aries, MBA—first "Mini Bad Ass," and later "Major Bad Ass."

Aries grew into a confident, talkative, bossy little ambassador who never met a stranger. He traveled to events, greeted visitors, raised awareness for disabled cats, and inspired thousands of people who followed his journey. In many ways, he helped create Copper's Cat Commune. His story inspired us to establish our nonprofit, and his famous smiling face became the logo and symbol of our mission.

This plush was designed in his honor. From his signature smile to his iridescent MBA cape, it celebrates the little warrior who changed countless lives—including mine.

Every plush purchased helps support the special-needs cats of Copper's Cat Commune, ensuring that more cats like Aries get the second chance they deserve.
