Why Support?
Hello! I'm TV, an independent illustrator, aspiring concept artist, and story writer who is getting ready to launch a comic this coming Summer. If you're a fan of art deco, the early 20th century, creatures, cryptids, and a stiff drink, you've come to the right place. Currently only existing as a concept, Tex is trying to charm his way into getting you to pledge 2 dollars so he can materialize onto the mortal plane--and into your hearts. Maybe into your dinner plans too, if you'll have him. With your support, you can make his dreams come true! Limited time only, he can only be made possible if we reach 100 pledges! And who wouldn't wanna give this guy a squeeze?
Background
Tired of being all by your lonesome? In need of a bar buddy or someone to whisper sweet nothings in your ear? Well, do I know the guy for you! This sleazy little werewolf wants nothing more than to be your arm piece, and serenade you with a trumpet solo or two. Perfectly compact and cuddle ready, he's more than happy to accompany you on a night out. With the help of those big ears, he'll sniff out the most lively jazz clubs in town! He might be a little bit of a bad influence, but who can say no to that face? Just make sure to keep an eye on any unattended raw beef in your fridge.
Tex is the protagonist of my up and coming comic: Silver & Brass! A supernatural, Depression era story about jazz, witches, curses, and the big bad werewolf. Updates about the project are on my instagram: mistertellevision!
